This tutorial can be done in PSP 7, 8 and 9.
The resulting
tile will automatically be seamless so you can save it as a
tube and
use it anytime.
1. Open a 500 x 500 transparent canvas.
2. Set your
foreground color to #808080. Click on the Flood Fill Tool
and flood
fill Raster layer 1 with your color.
3. Go to
Effects, Texture Effects, Tiles and set to these settings...

4. Click on
the Magic Wand
with these settings....
![]()
5. On your
canvas click on the black outline to select it. All the
black should be
selected....

6. Go to
Selections, Invert. Now hit the delete key on your keyboard.
This should remove
the gray color we used as our flood fill leaving only the
black outline.
7. Go back to Selections, Invert again.
8. Go to
Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel and set to these
settings...
NOTE>>>>If you have the Preset Bevel Metallic use those
settings.

9. Apply the
same Inner Bevel again. This is what you should have now...

10. That's it, Export your wire as a tube and use for all your fencing needs!
Have fun!
